sketch of the day

The colored pics are from a couple weeks ago. But I've been trying to do some sketches everyday, because I did that back before summer break and it was pretty helpful with art slumps and such. Today I was thinking about Lark and Luke's story so decided to go with that. Nathan is my favorite and the most fun to draw haha. These guys are actually all human, but I originally drew them as animals, because for as much as I wanna get better at drawing people, I get lazy and unmotivated a lot of the time when I attempt to draw them :b Gotta work on breaking that habit haha

he's a pirate

lolwth pirate dog? yes, pirate dog 8D! Bellamy is captain of a crew of pirate dogs (well mostly, his first mate is a goat) and is a textbook example of a cloud cuckoo lander. In his mind, their mundane outings are epic adventures. His motley crew each have their reasons for sticking by him though...for some it's his charms, for some it's a lust for adventure, and for others it's boredom. One thing they can all agree on, even though some won't openly admit it, is that they have a great time doing whatever the heck it is they do.

you're my biccy wiccy

hi Wicket n' Mei, long time no see. ffff I've been in this art block and finally managed to draw these yesterday. Wick is sort of a prim and proper guy and really level-headed and somewhat aloof a lot of the time...but is totally awkward around Mei. Mei, though highly intelligent, is thoroughly oblivious to love. She's confused and concerned by Wick's strange behavior, which often makes the situation worse when she confronts him about it.

Then I drew Edward Cullen for my roommate. We then made a copy of it, colored it in, and stuck in on our hallway's bulletin board. Someone stole it.

These lined paper drawings are from the winter, when I had my math class that I dropped in the beginning of the semester |D I just found that math notebook again today.

A kerzehunde concept that I forgot all about |D I kinda like it better than the design I settled on a while ago. Maybe I'll still make this guy like a subspecies of them.
